1. Start, Internet Explorer. 2. Internet Explorer should open up and say "Page could not be displayed. 3. Click on Tools, Internet Options. 4. Select the Connection tab. 5. Click on Add. 6. This will start a connection wizard. 7. Select "Dial up to private network" & click next. 8. Type in the phone number for Knoxy.net (check local number) & click next. 9. Type Knoxy.net, click Finish. 10. Enter your username & password in lower case, click OK, then click OK again. 11. You are now set up to access the internet.
